Jared Duke	66e608a393	Replace cppunit with the googletest framework ... The GTest framework has a more active support base, and natively supports CMake. Updated VC8 project config, boost workarounds is now working for the viewer. Updated unit test suite. Fixed some minor issues in the postprocessing-framework.
