aramis_acg 621bdef663 - rework exporter interface to be based primarily on the existing IOSystem. 
- implement ExportToBlob/aiExportToBlob via a custom IOSystem implementation.
- split exporter C and C++ interfaces.
+ test cases for the exporter interface
