Assimp was returning glTF/2.0 values as address modes instead of aiTextureMapModes.
Also modified text glTF/2.0 model's sampler uv address modes to mirror/clamp respectively, and tests for them in the unit test.
float-color.ply was broken because it doesn't have a newline at the end.
I'm not sure if a file without newline should be considered valid ?
Added more checks to float-color unit-test in order to fail as excepted.
Fixed the shipped unit test.
Add postprocess validation to PLY unit tests
Some are doxy comments, some are just trivial source comment typos.
Found using `codespell -q 3 --skip="./contrib" -I ../assimp-whitelist.txt`
whereby whitelist contained:

blender loader no longer produces randomized output in some scenarious. nice side effect of less asthetic diversity: less segfaults.
assimpview is no longer topmost.

Refactor JoinVerticesProcess to utilize the new utility.

IrrXML receives memmapped UTF-8 input data now, it's own (faulty) conversion is not used anymore.
aiString's are explicitly UTF-8 now.
Slight refactorings and improvements.
Adding UTF-8/UTF-16 text files for ASE,obj,collada,ac3d. These contain various japanese/chinese character sequences.
Changing assimp_view's node view to display UTF-8 multibyte sequences correctly.

Added a working makefile for mingw, provides more configs now. Not perfect yet.
